Few, but good. This is the resolution expert advice that almost everyone does at the start of the new year. Lose weight, quit smoking, go to the gym etc. etc. These three are enough to laugh a whole year. After a week they are all canceled and forgotten.
Who then makes hundreds of promises hoping that at least by chance, someone will come true. The commitment to make them unfortunately does not give us the New Year and here is the failure of everything.
